This first meeting is a working session, not a quick chat. I come to your office for up to four hours to walk through your current processes, observe how your workflow actually functions, and identify what’s running smoothly and what’s slowing you down. Together, we’ll talk through what’s working, what feels messy behind the scenes, and where your biggest operational pain points are.
After the assessment, I’ll outline the areas that would benefit most from our time together and recommend an action plan tailored to your business. If you choose to move forward with a service agreement, a portion of your assessment fee is applied as a monthly credit—up to the full amount, spread evenly over the first three months.
Most businesses only need my support for two to five months. The goal is to get your operations running so smoothly that you don’t have to be in the office as often—and when you are, your time is spent on higher-level work that actually moves your business forward.

I outline your recommended service plan, estimated timeline, and the specific deliverables you can expect from me month-to-month. You’ll know exactly what your business needs, what I’ll handle, and what results we’re working toward so you can make an informed decision before moving forward.
