About Me
My name is Betsy Dauer, and I’ve spent more than a decade helping businesses run better, faster, and smarter. I’ve worked in high-level administrative roles across government, corporate, and small-business settings. In every role, my focus has been on operations—creating structure, improving workflows, and making the day-to-day run as smoothly as possible.
I enjoy a challenge, especially when it involves untangling operational bottlenecks and giving business owners something they rarely have enough of—time. My work centers on helping small-business owners reclaim their focus so they can spend more hours doing what they love and increase their billable time without burning out.
I’ve lived in North Dakota most of my life. I was born in western North Dakota just north of Dickinson, graduated from West Fargo High School, and later from North Dakota State University. Today I live just outside West Fargo with my husband, our two kids, and our two dogs. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with family and friends or outside playing with my kids—unless it’s snowing. If it’s snowing, I’m not going.
I spent years working for other organizations, often putting my family second. Now I’m taking the same leap many small-business owners have taken—choosing flexibility, more control of my time, and the opportunity to build something of my own. I understand what it means to bet on yourself. Let me help you get back to the work you love and have more time for the people who matter most. I’ll build systems that allow you to spend your time where it has the greatest impact—on your business, your clients, and your life outside of work.
If you need someone who can step in, diagnose what’s not working, and build systems that actually stick, I’m here for that work. I approach every business with a clear eye, a practical mindset, and a commitment to creating processes that hold up under real-world demands.
